Decent fish and chips, we went there later in the day not sure how long before closing time and it felt like some of the food had been sitting around for awhile, probably would have been better earlier in the day

Oh man. Solid four stars, easy. For about six quid you get fish and chips, a soda, and table service. Sure the place is a dump and it’s in a shitty part of town, but the value is there. The cod is fresh, huge, and not dripping with grease. The only thing keeping from a sold five stars is the fact that the chips themselves left much to be desired, but were tasty enough.
Would I go back? In a heartbeat.

Large portion of cod + chips for 5.50! Massive (I mean massive) helping of chips for 1.90!
I heart this place!
The family run business is located right off North End road and not too far from Fulham Broadway. The service is quick, the food is great and the price is inexpensive.
You get great value for money and the fish wasn’t greasy. There was actually more fish than batter! I have found my new chippie.

Every now and again, I like fish and chips, only problem is that I don’t really eat fish. But you know what I mean, you want some comfort food, a pasty, or sausage and chips etc. Well this place is just right. Typical fish and chip restaurant, I think the Formica table went last year but it is basic and very down to earth. Old ladies eating well for not a lot of money, mum’s with their children, workmen etc. all in there for a good feed.
I visit now again when the need arises and sit down and await the nice lady to come and take my order. All good and a wonderful place to be able to become anonymous for 20 minutes and have a good think.
