The Carphone Warehouse

I hope to be understood and taken serious by the consultant at Carphone Warehouse. This is not always the case. Chains can get impersonal. Even though Carphone Warehouse does have a good concept, they are more approachable then any other mobile company, they should understand that not everybody is a specialist in new technology.
The Fulham Warehouse team I used to visit many years, but after queuing for a long time I often get the answer to call the mobile company directly. Maybe I expect too much, but I want to get the best deal without singing a 2 years contract or buying a iphone, which pushes my contract bills up more then £10. What I want is professional advice in person and a smile.
Choose your advisers carefully, some have good tips and others are just interested to get a deal signed.
