Well, my goodness!
It’s steaming hot, humid as hell, I’ve got a networking supper to attend. Clearly, pre-​networking refreshments are called for and, had I possessed a magic lamp, I couldn’t have wished for a better place.
Small, clean, friendly, great beer, tucked away, big awning for when it chucks down. Every box is ticked.
I may be late for supper.

Small, but perfectly formed!
Went here after a trip to the Theatre; excellent! A good Sheps pint (or ten!!).

This is one of the smallest pubs I’ve ever been in! This wouldn’t be a problem, except it get’s very busy on weekday lunchtimes and evenings with all the local civil servants, meaning it can be difficult to get served. HOwever, there’s a good selection of beers and homemade sandwiches.

Great little pub just around the corner from my office. Really small inside, and often crammed full of people inside and out, but you never seem to have to wait very long to get served. They do some simple lunches consisting of toasted sandwiches and more recently wraps which are perfect for a quick light lunch when you fancy a pint to go with it.

I was told it was the smallest pub in London. I don’t know if it is the case but it must be close to the truth as it is REALLY small. I would drive miles to go to the place but if you need a place to meet around Victoria or buckingham Palace, it is not bad, specially on a sunny summer afternoon as the pavement in front gets lots of sun. The crowd is a mix of local professionals and other characters who look more «local» than «professional». Not bad overall.

A very small, traditional pub that’s been going since 1862. Now owned by Shepherd Neame, it’s cosy interior is full of loyal locals (some of whom are definitely ‘characters’) and beer aficionados.
In the summer, it’s noted for its display of hanging baskets of colourful flowers. It can get very crowded, and hard to find a seat, although there is space on the pavement outside in the summer. During the day it’s quieter, and you may get to meet the resident cat.
NB: only cold food available, and closed on Sundays. Wi-​fi is a new addition.
