The Fig Leaf is a real find in Romford hidden amongst all the Fast Food and generic chains. I had never been here before as always thought it was more of a lunch/​café type place but it was busy on a Friday night so we checked it out.
Good choice of Greek/​Meditteranean food and prices were great, a starter for £2. My partner had the Iskender, it was delicious and I had Lamb Kofte in a wrap with cheese and rice and sauce on the side. I probably wouldn’t go here for a special meal but was a real change teamed with good service and we had fun trying to name all the 7 wonders of the world which lined the walls.
