The price for the membership is quite low (£20.99 per month) so don’t expect to find a 5* spa or towels waiting for you.
It is quite essential, with cleanning toilets and showers.
You can buy lockers there if you forget.
By the way the gym is located on 3 floor so there are many machines to run, to do the steps, cycle and so on.
If you go by morning is not really overcrowded but if you go after work you will find a lot of people.
Classes are really nice, i felt in love with fit boxe.

The Gym at the Charing Cross location is big, convenient and very, very simple. You enter to the gym through sliding doors after you enter your pin number (no more worrying about forgetting your membership card) and you have 3 floors full of equipment to go and play.
The showers are clean however there are no towels or shower gels provided. You have to bring in it all to enjoy this gym and its unbeatable price (£20/​month).
