The southern bell, huge space with three pools table and full of tables. Normal prices, live music in the Weekend and football match es in week days on many TV screen and on an huge screen(as in the picture). Quite in the week days, completely different and full of people in the Weekend!

Just a cool place to go shoot pool and grab a few drinks. Great if you’re with a group and want to do more than sit around a table. The tables are clean and the cues straight. What more do you want? I don’t know any other pool halls in West London, so for me it’s the go-to place. It is a little unassuming though and the furniture and spacing does seem to be more practically laid out than trying to create an ambience. Also, as pool tables take a bit of space and the pub is rather large, it can feel a bit empty unless a decent crowd shows up. But… if you’re looking for an ok place to knock a few balls around, then swing by.

The Southern Belle is just terrible. The staff are so rude with their cold stares and slow service. Maybe the staff can learn to smile and say thank you and hey at the very least acknowledge your existence. The food is overpriced deep fry! That aside it has good entertainment and clean toilets and it has atmosphere as it packs a crowd on a fri sat night. There are so many better places in London. I wouldn’t bother with the Belle!

We ate here because my sister was craving some American-style BBQ ribs but we were sorely disappointed to see that the ribs were 60% bone! However, the staff were friendly and the onion rings were good. The slider platter looked great. I’ll try that next time.

Huge place with lots of pool tables that feels fun, not seedy. Good sized patio seating right along Fulham Road(noisy, but lively). Food expensive for bar food, but it tasted as if it was made fresh by a real cook, not reheated from a frozen commissary. Particularly good cole slaw. Fast service.

On a cold, quiet New Year’s Day, I ventured to the Southern Belle for the first time having walked past it eight million times since I moved to the area. From the outside, it’s a quietly, unassuming place; with deep brown paintwork, a wooden terrace and high windows. When we nipped inside, stamping our feet and slowly pulling off gloves, scarves and other winter apparel, the first thing we noticed was that this pub is massive; much bigger than it looks from outside. There’s a huge focus on games at the near side of the place; there are pool tables galore, video games, quiz boxes, table football and, I’m sure, more. We zipped past this area and snuggled ourselves down at one of the spacious table areas with comfy benches. A hotdog was my lunch of choice; it was a real sausage hotdog, sorry frankfurter fans. The chips are proper skins-left-on made from real potatoes chips and they were alright, a little over-cooked I think. But it was great value; two meals and two soft drinks set us back around £20. With a name like Southern Belle, you’re right to expect deep south type food — there are ribs and bbq galore on the menu too. I can’t vouch for what the place is like at night; I imagine it’s a lot busier and perhaps a little rowdy. There are decks set up at the front and plenty of move-able tables so I’m sure a pretty big dancefloor could be created, no probs.

Not played pool in years, so we headed off on a Saturday to The Southern Belle a fairly new addition to the Fulham Palace road(just near the hospital). An American themed bar, pool hall, music venue, sports bars serving American style food. — chicken wings, bbq chicken, ribs, burgers etc. Looks like a good place and with eight pool tables a good place to waste a few hours with your«buddies», chilling, supping a bud and wasting a few hours shooting some pool. Friday and Saturday nights are live music nights and they also have a blues night is planned for sometime in the future. Outside area to the front of the bar(roadside) looks o.k. but it is on a busy main road, a very long bar inside and you can hire pool tables by the hour and they also hire out vip lounges and take group bookings for parties etc. Good selection of beers and they specialise in cocktails, strange to see such a full wine list? — Buffalo wings and a glass of Rioja please ? Karaōke machine for those brave or silly enough, no chance of me getting up and plenty of space just to slouch about and do little.
