What a let down. Made it clear I was throwing a really important party and was looking for a reliable sushi provider. Made it clear the party for 30+ started at 7pm and so needed the food to arrive in advance. I was assured my £150 order would arrive between 6:30pm and 6:45pm. 7pm came and went. No call from Sushi Chef to explain why the delay so I had to chase them. My guests started to arrive and finally around 7:30pm the food arrived. It needed to be set up around my guests which looked extremely last min and caused a huge amount of stress I could have done without. No explanation was given by Sushi Chef, no apology and no follow up until
I chased the following day. The sushi was fine, not worth the stress of not knowing if I was going to have food for my party whilst I had guests arriving. I can not recommend this company for events. Too risky.

Looks like this place is mostly a catering company but also offers a takeout and delivery service which has pretty good hours. If collecting, you pick up from essentially their catering kitchen but that’s no trouble. The sushi is acceptable but only a little better than average. Still, it’s great to have a sushi place in the neighbourhood and I hope they are successful!
