I visited the salon on the 11^th of December 2014.
My appointment was with Becky and when I booked the appointment for my haircut I specifically asked for a senior hairdresser.
I’ve asked for–
My hair to be shorten by 2 – 3 cms, to make a very subtle layer or rather make a bit of movement in the hair. NOT MY HAIR TO BE CARELESSLY CHOPPED OFF.
My hair was shortened for about 2−3cms but the way the layers were done was not what I’d expected or asked for.
The hairdresser dried it and tried to incorporate the layer. I didn’t like it but she said if she cut that blunt then it would be too short.
I then had no choice and agreed to incorporate a bit of layer on the other side too. I didn’t feel that the hairdresser checked the sides carefully as I had experienced in other high end hair dressing salons.
I have washed my hair a few times and the outcome is horrendous!
Ive sent this exact complaint to the salon including 4 photographs, they proposed a haircut with someone else.
When I got back to the salon, Becky was there pulling face at me, no sorry or anything.
Another guy cut my hair, it was much better but not great either.
Im talking about £70 haircut.
