I was given a reasonable quote (which the bill did not exceed) and the appointment was scheduled quickly. When the gentleman came to do the cleaning he was polite and friendly, and wasted no time at all to get to the task at hand. He spent over an hour on the sofa, and it looked brand new afterwards. He really worked hard and did an amazing job. I wish I could remember his name so that I could pass this information along to his supervisor.
