This place was awesome! I loved their spacious rooms and also the fully functional mini kitchen. The place was near and nice too and there are convenient stores located just downstairs or across the road so getting things was really easy.

A clean new hotel apartment that still hasn’t figured out the new and dreaded hotel kinks. Spotty air conditioning(in July!), elevators frequently break down with trapped occupants. Staff is young, eager, friendly, and improperly trained to deal with issues that arise and that a 6-month-old hotel can bring. This place has great potential that its owners should recognize, fixing issues that are really unacceptable. Plusses: Great coffee shop, all amenities for in-home cooking, Sainsbury right next door. With such potential, management should be a bit more concerned with the overall building infrastructure.

There is so much I like about this place, and what I will focus on here is primarily the attention to detail. First of all the rooms are homey, and stylish. It feels like a flat that I actually want to live in. The enclosed terrace is wonderful because it allows you to use the«outdoor» space all year round despite london’s infamous weather setbacks. It’s bright! The kitchen is fully stocked with decent utensils/plates/pots, nothing is an after thought(there’s even a cute porcelain milk container). The product choice in the bathroom is one of my favorites(malin + goetze– I first tried it in New York 4 years ago and I’ve been obsessed with it ever since). I love that you can buy a ghd hair straightener from the lobby downstairs because forgetting my own at home is an actual fear of mine. Here’s one that really gets me excited, there are numerous visible wall plugs and usb sockets in the bedroom. I don’t know why hotels don’t do this and it’s my number one complaint about other places(that they tend to hide their plugs behind the bed/or under the bedside table so your crawling around the floor trying to charge your phone). Basically the design of this hotel(everything down to the very little detail) is very well thought out and it’s truly evident. Other things to note, the check-in concept is great — why doesn’t everyone do a bar and reception in one(genius), the coffee tastes like Australian coffee(delicious), the breakfast choice is perfect(finally a café that isn’t just bread items), and the service is seriously very good. It was my boyfriend’s birthday, they brought us chocolate cake and prosecco to the room!!!

Perfectly put together hotel. Very relaxed atmosphere with a NYC vibe — check in is quick and the food area downstairs is on point with juices and food that will keep you trying stuff out. The room is just massive with quality décor and details, basically you could live in this place and I’m sure some people probably do. Ideal for families the night before a flight or if like us you want to hit one of the Michelin star restaurants in Chiswick 5 mins away for a birthday and then head to Kings Cross for the Eurostar in 26 mins this is the perfect place to stay!

Surpassed my expectations in every way. For the price of a budget hotel, I had a suite with an amazing winter garden. Loved the gym and the vibe in the lobby area. Great selection of premium spirits.
