Appalling customer service. Calls not returned. 3 different quotes given for the same job as they kept changing their minds. No one has a clue as to what they’re talking about. it’s like dealing with cowboys — albeit in posh South Ken! Avoid.

This garage is very expensive. I was charged £240 for a minor service & MOT. Initially they were going to charge £270 but charged £240 after I complained they had quoted £260 for a full service and £225 for a minor service seemed very expensive by comparison. They originally quoted for a full service and they never phoned me after I handed the car in to tell me the service had changed and what the price for this minor service would be. A day later I received an email that authorised Volkswagon dealers were offering to do a minor service & MOT for £189. Monaco refused to match price and refund £51 as they said they were not participating in this scheme.
