Fantastic! Made me feel comfortable and knew how to handle my mixed raced hair without fear! Pricey but worth every single penny. The best hairdressers you will ever go to. I’m forever complimented on my hair colour and know the only way I can achieve this is by going to this salon.

Best haircut I’ve ever had and yes I had to pay a pretty penny for it! The hairdresser(sorry can’t remember his name) was very polite and professional, picked up that I really just wanted to read my mag rather than chat and got on with the job at hand. Really happy with my results and can’t imagine going anywhere else and think it is worth the price considering the quality. Only complaint is the front of house/secretary staff are terrible. They didn’t know how to process a tip with a debit card so I wasn’t able to leave one and they were just generally unprofessional and not what I was expecting considering the high calibre of the place.

Normally I have no allegiance to a salon — I used to chop and change(no pun intended!) depending on where could fit me in when my fringe had grown too long or my roots were no longer bearable. What I value most in a salon is consistency between the staff so that I can rely on the salon regardless of who is and isn’t available; so far I’ve had my hair coloured by four colourists and all experiences have been great. The first person who coloured my hair was actually Ferne from TOWIE, although she obviously no longer works there now! After a pretty horrendous experience at the hands of a ‘senior’ technician at Toni and Guy in Covent Garden, I’ve since made sure I only ever go to Vidal Sasson as Saff listens to what I want instead of just hacking into my hair like so many other hairdressers have! The staff are all friendly and while the cost isn’t cheap, the peace of mind with finally trusting in one salon is priceless :)

I work around Covent Garden and always wanted to try the legendary Vidal Sassoon hair treatment. Now I know he is famous but I am not sure what exactly he is famous for– maybe it is the hair colours or the very short pixie cuts So one day I had couple of hours to waste so instead of popping into a nice café for a coffee I decided that I will pamper my hair n try Vidal Sassoon. I walked in and asked if I can have a blow dry and they said yes right away– the woman mentioned that they don’t use round brush !!! «So how am I going to get bouncy straight hair? «I asked She said it will be bouncy and straight it is just their technique is different Now I am always up for trying new ‘techniques’(which I could change) I sat on the chair and started observing the different signature ‘technique’ that Vidal Sassoon bunch do And I was not happy at all! It was something like giving a brush to a 5 years old and a hair dryer I had something similar to a rough dry that usually you won’t be charged for at all salons in london! This technique of not using round brush and having very low heat and recently just allowed to use GHD s might be perfect for someone with naturally straight hair but my wavy locks need some pressure to make them look good !! You might think that I am exaggerating but when I was in a queue waiting to pay the man on front desk thought I wanted to have a blow dry ! Simple because my hair looked like it was not even brushed! I paid £45 and told myself that wasting few hours feeding myself was definitely more rewarding, enjoyable and less expensive

If you can afford to have a really great celebrity caliber hair cut then this is the salon I would recommend. Check out my other reviews and read the saga of hair trouble I have had with salons. If I recommend a salon that’s because it’s the best. My stylist really listened to me and did exactly what I wanted down to every detail. I went for a drastic change in length and I could tell she was a bit nervous, but it was the most dynamic cut I have ever had. If the salon was a little more affordable I would be a regular client.
