Ok, so they took away the ladies-only gym recently much to my disappointment but overall this gym is pretty good. They have loads of machines; running machine, cross trainer, nautilus treadclimber, stairmaster, rowing machine — loads. There’s lots of resistance training machines in addition to the cardio and they have five power plate machines too(and offer classes to use them). What they probably lack is floor space to do sit-ups and stretches during peak times, but this can be avoided if you try and fit your sessions outside these times. Apart from that there are loads of classes if you don’t like using the gym equipment, and a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room as well. I probably wouldn’t pay the full price membership fee around £70(I’m with Pru-health so pay a reduced gym fee depending on my usage), and as it’s in close proximity to my work place I’ll continue to come here regularly. Good showers and complimentary toiletries if you ever forget to bring your own. Really friendly staff too.
