A family run, small sandwich shop just behind the big Oxford Street department stores. They make up the sandwiches to order, with a good range of fillings and bread types. They also do things like hot bacon sandwiches in the morning, which prove popular with people who work in the area and start early, as I see them sitting on the little tables outside having a tea and a bacon bap. I think they also do things like jacket potatoes and salads. Friendly service and reasonable prices. Generally a better option than a chain café, but not a go-out-of-your-way to find it café.
