KFC Kentucky Fried Chicken

Good amount of seating means you can enjoy your meal without being too cramped. The service is average for any K.F.C. At certain times of the day when theee are a lot of children in the store it can get noisy and rowdy, such as school home times, but most of the time its fine.

This KFC seems very poorly laid out as the counter is at the back and customers getting take-​away then have to go past the entire seating area to get there, it also gets very cramped as the service is so slow.
The last time I visited this store I paid for the meal only to realise I had been charged £5 for two sides (which are 99p each) so I then had to wait for a refund which took ages (they were quicker taking too much money!)
I eventually got my order after 20 minutes (they had said it was a 15 minute wait) but by the time I got home, the bucket had given way as it was so greasy and the food was in the carrier bag, I was 2 pieces of chicken and two portions of fries short, this did not go down well as we were still hungry after!
I wrote to them to tell them and all I received was a letter of apology so as far as I’m concerned they are criminals! The food was quite nice though!

Good service, they take slightly longer to prepare your meal but you know its going to be fresh and hot! Theyre friendly and the place is clean with adequate seating. Will go there again definitely
