Maplin Electronics

It has got computer products, electronic items and music players.
Generally whenever we want to buy any electronic product we tend to think about Argos, or comet. But recently we were planning to buy digital set top box and decided to give it a go.
The customer service was excellent. We did not much know the technical information about the product. And the technical person in the shop gave us all the information about the available products and the difference between them.
Then we bought one product but unfortunately it was not much suitable to us. So we returned the item. But they do not give immediate refund on electronic items. They send it to head office and then we get the refund. The refund was done in the given time span.
I will do recommend this shop for its products and the customer service.
