Family owned UK chain that bills itself as being being nutritious fast food. I would say that is blatant false advertising. Deep fried chips, potato wedges, onion rings and chicken wings weren’t on the list of healthy and nutritious foods last I heard. Poorly run with low quality food, no heating in the dining area, no ice, no ketchup, employees who don’t understand enough English to take your order correctly. Oh and make sure you use the loo elsewhere or plan on doing the wee wee dance whilst you quickly eat your meal in the arctic like dining area. Customer service and comfort are not a concern at this business only profit.
