It’s Nando’s … enough said. The food is fine, exactly what you expect Nando’s to be, and the price/quality ratio is good. Are there families with young kids making noise and climbing on chairs? Yes. Are there teenagers on dates looking glum not making contact with each other while playing on their mobiles? Yes. Are there people talking too loud about inane things that make you want to roll your eyes? Yes. It’s fine, there are no surprises, it’s food in your belly … it’s Nando’s.

If you want fresh cooked on the grill chicken with a lot of flavor and fall of the bone meat, then Nando’s is for you! This is a chain restaurant, but every one that I’ve been to here in the UK never disappoints! The ambiance is always great, the service fantastic, and the food, oh the food… well it speaks for itself! The sauce’s are sold in the grocery store over here in the UK(not sure if they sell them in the US, but if they do you have to try!). T, but the sauces range from not spicy to very very hot, but they are all delicious! And it’s not just chicken here. They have something for everyone including vegetarians. You walk in, they seat you, you figure out what you want to eat and then order it an pay for it at the cash register, then sit back down and they serve it to you at your table. They also have all you can drink soda’s and all you can eat frozen yogurt which, out of the states, is a hard thing to find. I just love Nando’s and if you’re visiting the UK you must try it at least once. You won’t be disappointed!

The food is out of this world, i always have the hottest chicken on the menu as it is just so yummy. I’ve never come out still feeling hungry as the portions are perfect. The staff are very friendly and will help out in any way.

Perfect for a quick lunch while shopping in Maidstone. Very spacious restaurant on two floors, nicely set out with quick service and youngish customers. Only complaint is rather small portions — but free refills for Diet Coke — a nice touch.

Nando’s is very famous for its lovely Peri-peri chicken dishes. I have been a great fan of Nando’s for years. The Nandos in Maidstone is not my favourite Nandos, I prefer the Bluewater one. However the Maidstone Nandos is situated along Earl Street, where you will find most restaurants in Maidstone. The restaurant is over two floors and is always very busy. If you haven’t been to a Nandos restaurant before it can be a little confusing what you have to do to get your food, but after that its very easy. You will get seated at your table, then you choose your food from the menu and go up to the counter to place your order. The waiter staff will then bring your meal to your table. Nandos serve a wide range of Chicken dishes and you can choose how hot you like your chicken. I always go for Lemon and Herb because I don’t like spicy food, but you can get medium, hot and extra hot. The service in Maidstone can sometimes be very slow. The staff all seem very young and don’t really pay much attention to their customers. I have twice received the wrong meals, but they were very quick in sorting it out. I particually like Nandos because it’s cheap, and the food is always yummy. I eat at Maidstone Nandos quite often, normally before or after going to the local cinema.

I love a good Nandos, but this venue is a little overcrowded and service is not that quick. Nandos is half fast-food, half service so its a little bit of an odd beast, but the prices reflect this so its a cheaper option than some restaurants. The basic fare is spicy chicken, in its various forms(grilled, wings, burgers, pittas), and comes in different levels of heat. The marinade is delicious and the chicken is cooked over a grill which adds a nice smoky flavour. Side options include chips, corn on the cob, salad, garlic bread and spicy rice. All of these are nice, and I would also recommend the peri-oynaise to dip chips in. if you are a fan of olives, Nandos’ olives make a brilliant starter, and come very garlicky!

Nandos is a great place to go if you love your chicken! With the famous peri-peri sauce you can spice up your meat or ask for it plain if you’re not so keen. They serve chicken burgers, ¼, ½, ¾ and whole chickens and a number of side orders such as coleslaw, chips, salad etc. You can also order a chicken or plain salad if you’re not keen on the fattier option. The only thing that bothers me about this restaurant is the lack of sauces available to you. Other then tomato ketchup and the peri-peri sauce there is nothing else available and as i’m sure you know chicken goes lovely with mayonaise. It’s quite a shame to have a dry dinner as I’m not keen on spicy sauces. Nandos can often be really busy with queues going out the door so be prepared to wait about ten — fifteen minutes even if it’s not peak times. Once you’re in though service is pretty good and fast. Toilets are always really clean and very nicely designed.

I am a great lover of chicken, whatever way it comes and Nando’s satisfies all my cravings. The only problem I find is that they are a bit over-priced for what they do. You have to select and go up to place your order and they bring it to your table, but the problem is that if you want, say, another glass of wine, you have to join the queue of people waiting to order food which can take nearly 30 minutes to clear! Other than that, their chicken is delicious, the starters are lovely and the red pepper dip is a particular favourite, not to mention the olives!

This place is always busy, if you are a lover of chicken like me then this is the place to go, I highly recommend the Red pepper dip and the chicken is lovely. You get a table decide what you want and go up and order. If you order a coke or drink like that the drink is bottomless and you keep refilling yourself. You also get a loyalty card for every time you go and you get a stamp which will give you quarter of chicken to a whole chicken for free mmmmmmmmmm love chicken lol. The music is good too

I tried Nando’s for the first time last week. Good smiley welcome, nice environment, good choice, easy to follow menu, decent glass of wine and very quick service. I had the extra hot chicken with garlic bread and coleslaw as I thought if the sauce(‘only for the brave’) really was that hot I’d need something to help cool me down. The chicken was tender, moist and juicy but the sauce was not as hot as I was craving for. The coleslaw was fine but the garlic bread was disappointing. It appeared to be a bread roll, cut in half and toasted and spread with garlic butter. All expenses spared! I was expecting something a little more interesting and certainly more moist than a cheap white bread roll. I was impressed that additional sauces were available in large quantities and I added more hot sauce but still felt it lacked a piri-piri type hit. All together it was fine and I’d go again — and very affordable(under £10 with a glass of wine). My only real criticisms are of the garlic bread(shan’t bother again) and that if a sauce promises to be frighteningly hot — it needs to be!
