P and P signs

This is my second time returning to use the P&P services. I first stumbled upon them when I required a banner for my mothers 50^th birthday, and again used them for my grandmother’s funeral. To say the service I received was EXCELLENT is an understatement by far, as not only are they efficient, but also bend over backways to ensure customer satisfaction. I know that the few things Mo and his team have done for me are just the beginning of a long and successful professional relationship between myself and the P&P team. I can only strongly suggest that anybody who needs a printing company uses their services as disappointment is NOT an option.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for quality and price. The photographer gave me an extra 1hr and a half on my shoot then was booked at no extra cost, purely to get the perfect shots. Then gave me x3 extra prints at no extra cost. Made me feel comfortable and really enjoyed myself. Has given me discounts on further products I quoted for. Had 4 photo shoots over the past 10yrs and none compare to the outstanding pictures I received from p&p. There is a real passion with them in their work to listen, communicate and give you what you require rather then just being another customer.

I can’t praise Mo and his team highly enough. I ordered banners, labels and a full livery for my van. I’m only a small business but I was looked after like I was the most important customer they had. They took my rather rough idea for a design (a dodgy sketch on a post it note to be honest) and turned it into something that looked like it had been done by a top design company. My van looks fab and it really get’s me noticed. People stop me in garages to ask me about my business now, it’s paid for itself 3 times in the last 2 months alone. I even got 2 free t-​shirts with the same design on and some mugs with my company logo on. :) I’m ordering some advertising boards to use when I’m working next week (if they can fit me in). They weren’t the cheapest quote I had (nor the most expensive), but on the whole I really think i got value and a good job. It was worth the extra (not a lot more) just for the attention to detail and the sound advice they gave me.10 out of 10 Mo thanks for your patience too (you know what i mean lol)
