Bar Pop

So I am aware that I am not someone who would normally be found on a Saturday night anywhere near Bar Pop normally, and therefore this is likely to be a somewhat bias report on a location that I know very little about.
I attended an after party here in the room above the main club, which was impressively sound proof considering the sheer level of noise (some call it music) playing downstairs. I think if I was the dancing type of person I might of given an extra star, so sorry for being me instead. The room at the top was hot, and really needs at least one more aircon unit at the far end of the room, I am aware I somewhat hogged the standing room under the one aircon unit with the friends I was talking to. I was impressed by the size of the bar considering the room size and also the staff were lovely. We were looked after. They don’t take cards which kind of sucks.
But I was impressed by the clubs tuck shop upon entering the main entrance, maybe all clubs should have them :)

Absolutely love this bar. Drinks are amongst the cheapest in the village, especially during the week, Only (£2 a pint). ;-)
Some of the friendliest staff in Manchester’s gay village.
The entertainment is great especially the drag artists.
Always the last place we end up in at the end of the night.

A fabulous bar slap bang in the middle of canal street. Clearly visible by its ever colour changing canopy lights.
A great atmosphere and some of the best cabaret the village has to offer!
The staff are friendly, inviting and make everybody feel welcome!
And as for the owners. Well you have to meet them to believe!
Cheap drinks (or should I say inexpensive) a great bar and amazing atmosphere!
