Caffe Nero basically always serves a purpose to me — it’s not a bad chain and probably the coffee is the best of all the main chains but I do find it’s mainly useful for the likes of meetings and working when you need to get your head down and not bump into anyone.
The macchiato always hits the spot and their fruit blend ice drinks can be a nice refreshing choice if you’re after something on a hot day.
This branch has quite a nice cosy upstairs to it which is quite cool to do some work in it and if you’re at a conference at the ‘Manchester Central’ conference centre then it’s probably the closest place to grab a coffee or take a load off.
