I have bought 2 bikes from here over the last few years. You will read mixed reviews online for Evans cycles. I, however, have always had excellent service from this branch. Although I have always opted to build the bikes up myself to save a few quid the blokes in the workshop seem to know what they’re doing so wouldn’t hesitate them building a bike up if you don’t have the skills to do it yourself. The store itself is massive and they cater for all styles of cycling from road to city to mountain to downhill. You will certainly find a bike to suit you here. The lady I have always dealt with here is very friendly and always willing to give impartial advice on various things. If you’re in the market for a new bike give Evans, Chill Factore a try. They also price match online prices which I have used for both of my bikes and various clothing and accessories in the past.
