Greggs

Greggs for me does what it does and that is provide a cheap snack when you want it! They’re probably not going to win any awards for gourmet pie of the year but their range of pasties, pies and sweet treats hit the spot if you’re after a quick stodge fill!
There’s loads of branches all across the country and they’re pretty much all the same in offering the hot food, sandwiches, soft drinks and proper bean coffee.
I have to say that in my mind the best thing they do is their breakfast meal deal which comes in at a pretty decent £2 for either a bacon or sausage map and espresso based drink (or tea) of your choice. This is fantastic value and served till 11am I think so really not to be missed if you’re needing a quick first or second breakfast — this is definitely always a good call on a hangover day!
