I was taken to this little cute number by a friend as she was raving on about the English breakfasts, this is the cure for me apparently. She didn’t know what it was called, «Breakfast stop» or something like that, basically this is breakfast heaven. My first trip was in part due to cure a slight hangover. Charlotte didn’t hesitate, definitely the all day English breakfast equipped with sausages, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, toast, bacon, beans, you the know the usual stuff, for her. I thought I was too sensitive to hack that. But as I tucked into my bacon sandwich, I just stared drooling at what looked so pretty on the plate and apparently tasted like the dream. Ever since I’m prone to a breakfast here, it’s my fave café joint, I’m so glad it’s so close to me. It’s got the none chain feel to it, basic offerings but friendly service and good food. I particularly like the keyboard logo on the signage, something quite inviting about that. The menu is quite extensive the usual café material, sandwiches, jacket potatoes but I’m all about the breakfast here. Strangely enough at night it turns into«Hatty’s,» the takeaway with the usual mix of chips and pizza etc. Hands down to them for wanting to bring in the day and night custom. Must admit cheesy chips at Tatune have lured me away from venturing into McCormick’s at night. Again, one word. Breakfast.
