Mobile Zone

I needed to get my phone unlocked and I needed it done locally and as quickly as possible.
I found mobile zone by driving past it on the way home from work. The guy behind the counter assured me it would be a couple of days and he needed to request a code from a place in Manchester which is why he couldn’t unlock the phone on the day.
I came back a couple of days later — the place reeked of smoke and the man barely recognised who I was. I asked if the phone was ready and he said he hadn’t received the code yet from the place in Manchester and to come back in a few days. I was starting to get a little concerned. He stated he would drop the phone off for me and promised it by a certain day. This didn’t happen.
I eventually went back after 10 working days and the phone was ready. No apology was given and no offer of a reduction in the cost. Poor service and false promises.
