Phillip & Graham

I visited Phillip and Graham today for a haircut as they are in a very good location, in central Middleton Gardens near Middleton Computers and The Tesco, also being close to the Post Office and the Arndale.
I had quite a wait to be served, despite only one person’s hair being finished off and when I saw their hair I was shocked they had paid £35 for it as it looked alot worse than another salon could.
My Haircut was not great either, I asked him to take what is sticking out out of my hair and give it a trim however although it looks slightly better, the back of my hair is awful and cut so bad I will have to visit another barbershop to have this finished off.
I was annoyed that the barber did not have his equipment with him hence he took a good 5 – 10 minutes getting what he needed throughout the haircut and he also continued to catch me with his razor and scissors as well as being very heavy handed, what made it quite a painful experience.
I am surprised at this shocking experience what turned out to be a waste of time and a waste of money when Phillip and Graham has been opened for so long.
