Wilko

This branch of Wilko, is a fairly large store, spanning over 2 floors, located on the top floor of the Manchester Arndale, it is fairly easy to spot, and of course with offers in the window and towards the front to lure you in, such as a good offer on toilet roll, which has run for the past few weeks now.
This store have a fairly good range especially on household products and stationary, with most at good /​reasonable prices for their quality, with some branded names in there too such as Dove and Andrex.
They is easy access to the higher floor, with either a lift or escalators, it can only be found through going into this store, and is impossible to arrive on the higher floor using the Arndale’s lifts or escalators, which is a little strange.
Some items are a little expensive here compared to online retailers such as Amazon, which includes Padlocks, but the prices are reasonably competitive to other high-​street retailers such as Ryman, but still are at a price which is a little pricey, so if they is goods like that, you could buy online you’d probably be better doing so.
Overall, this is a good size, nice store with a good range of products you would expect from a Wilko, with most of them at good /​reasonable prices, so I do feel 3 stars is fair, as the queuing system can be a little hectic on the higher floor, and for first-​timers in this store navigating to your till at the main checkout could be hard, as it is post office style queuing, with a good amount of tills, some away from the others.

Wilkinsons Arndale Centre is situated on the first floor. You can get a lot of your household cleaning products and toiletries from the store. They also have a pet section. If you go to the escalators which are situated within the store, they have a home department.

I always come to wilko when i need small household goods
quality is not bad and they sell a range of lots of house hold items
from plates to picture frames to cleaning products and pet products.
prices are reasonable too.
i came in here the other day and only got a small item and the lady
on the counter gave me the evil eye when i asked for a bag to put it in
otherwise staff are usual plesant enough.
will carry on shopping in here if something is needed.
