Puchased a bike and sat nav from here on seperate occasions. I must say I do agree that they spend more time trying to sell you something totally unrelated than trying to help you.
Didn’t appear to know what they were really doing during the free bike check up which I was dissapointed with.
But generally, I do find they are pretty good. They are friendly and for bikes especially their prices are very reasonable.

Very poor on bicycle repairs. Kiddie staff who don’t know their tyre from their handlebar, fail to find and fix faults. Massive wait to get seen due to the fact they spend more time trying sell carseats than fix bikes.

Purchased a bike from here not long back. Large store, extremely helpful staff. Prepared the bike for me, checked tires, threw in some extras and gave me a gift voucher. Spot on.
