Brian provided a first class service and came up with a novel idea for my 90 year old mother-​in-​law. Rather than having different front and back door keys which confused her, Brian changed both locks to key-​alike one key for both doors. Simple when you think about it I certainly hadn’t! Service and punctuality was excellent.
