Avoid this multi franchise Vets practice, any treatment you request is given if you are able to pay. Welfare of the animal is priority, courses of anti-​biotics for extreme infections are not in best intrest of any small animal.

I have been a client at this practice for over a year and as I have 3 CKCS we took out their pet plan option and have found it very beneficial. I have found both Richard and Jenny to be highly professional, caring and adept at their job. Richard dealt with a leg problem that had flummoxed other vets on one of my boys Bryn, and it is thanks to him that Bryn had one of his best years. Unfortunately Bryn became suddenly ill and it was Jenny who cared for him. She was a great help and tried many avenues which helped in the short term but inevitably Bryn was p.t.s. this week. The kindness and compassion that was shown during this time was exemplary and I cannot thank them and all their lovely staff enough. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice, and do so regularly to people I meet. I know that my remaining two boys are going to be looked after and receive the first class care that I as a doting owner demand for my pets. Thanks to everyone at vets 4 pets Mansfield

My beautiful little 8 month old pedigree dog was booked in for a microchip and small hernia repair. When I went to collect her SHE HAD BEEN SPAYED. There was no medical reason that this had been done. The veterinary nurse had hand written on the consent form ‘+ spay’ then when I challenged her she blatantly lied and said that she had discussed the spay at the time of admittance. I have continuously asked what would have prompted her to discuss this as I had never requested this procedure and the Vet admitted this to me. This question has not been answered and the practice are refusing to admit to any error. I am appalled that this kind of thing could happen anyway but for the practice to then not even acknowledge wrongdoing is immoral and cruel.

Great vets. Very friendly and quick to offer advice and help. Nice large building, big carpark, easy access. Very clean and professional. Reasonable charges.
