Cute bar along the sea. They advise you on the typical England beer to drink as French. There are sofas next to a little fire which warm up the bar. The ambiance music gives a good mood to everybody enjoing his drinks.

Cute little bar situated on the end of the harbour in Margate. There was a open fire blazing, lots of sofas as well as your standard tables and chairs to cosy up on, the décor was nice — exposed wood, nice fabrics, good colour scheme etc. The major plus point here are the massive windows affording great views of the sea and the Margate coastline. The glass of red we stopped for wasn’t the best but it was a good place to escape the icy winds for half an hour. They also do a good selection of tapas although I didn’t partake on this occasion. I probably won’t be rushing back to Margate in a hurry but if I do find myself here again, the Lighthouse Bar will definitely be worth a second visit.
