Rusty Axe Inn

A very nice and welcoming country pub that is excellent for families.
I was with my family in Somerset visiting my farther and he took us to this pub.
My first impression were good as i could clearly see that this place was great for families as there was about 10 children playing on a bouncy castles. This was in the a well kept garden with outside seating.
Once inside it was clear to see that the family vibe continued. With a number of families in joining meals, which looked very good.
The is a bar area to stand at will bar stalls. The décor is clean and modern but in keeping with the building
The bar was well stocked and had bears, larger, wines and spirits.
I had a local bear called Butcombe and my farther had London pride. Both were clear and very good.
We stayed in the axe until 9pm and even though we had children we where always made welcome.
I am going to make sure i will go back
