Très bon restaurant qui respecte la cuisine Espagnole. Plats très fins. Service correct. Une visite s’impose !

This place is really nice, kick back and be waited upon by a set of great servers. It was a pleasure to visit this place and through in the excellent tapas, what more do you need. If you fancy a place to chill with friends then this is the place for you. Although it is very popular, so make sure you book a table.

This wine bar was cute. I had the chorizo lollypops, which where a little hard/dry. It’s a cute restaurant and the bartenders were very nice and friendly.

Although a fun and tasty night overall, it fell a bit short of expectations. Drinks and atmosphere are stellar. I had great service at the bar while we waited for our table. The wine selection rocks. The tapas themselves were a mixed bag. Mussels pâté was my surprise favorite with the black rice in a close second. Although I enjoyed the Serrano ham croquettes they were mostly cheese with very little ham. The chickpea purée and potatoes with spicy brava were good but forgettable. The service was not very good at all. The wait staff are completely frantic and let off a rushed vibe even though the décor and ambiance is sophisticated and relaxing. Our waitress tried to take my cocktail despite there being a significant amount left and completely forgot one of our tapas(which was fine, we were too full anyway). It was hard to get her attention and we had to stalk them out for water refills. All in all, I’d go back but I’m not as wowed as I expected to be.

Atmosphere is ideal for a Spanish tapas experience. I brought a friend here to experience the Jamón Ibérica. We ordered the triple platter accompanied with tomato bread and found both excellent. Also excellent was the black rice with prawns and cuddle fish. This was so well executed I requested the recipe and our server brought us a printout. In all we ordered a very nice bottle of red wine and six menu items including a dessert for around 90£. The service was adequate and friendly but not stellar therefore I dropped a star. In all this is a gem of an experience that I would highly recommend.

Saw the reviews on Unilocal and they were spot on. Delicious tapas, great service. Nice wine selection. We enjoyed a Tempranillo reserva with 7 or 8 tapas between 3 of us. Agree with prior reviews that the chorizo lollipops are delicious… as were the ham and cheese croquettes and honestly everything else we ordered. Highly recommend.

Fitzrovia is a veritable hub of great restaurant options, however Iberica has to be one of my favourite of the bunch. It doesn’t help that it frequently tempts, being just across from my office, being too convenient to resist! Closer to Great Portland Street than most(literally about 2 minutes’ walk) this lovely Spanish tapas style restaurant has never disappointed me. Think; lots of tasty, flavour rich plates, great for sharing and savouring. The creamy black rice with squid, prawns and alioli sauce is always a must and a firm staple — which is fantastic as it’s also on the £15 lunch menu. Although you’re going to need to be careful, this black ambrosia will stain! The £15 lunch menu is a fantastic deal, you get three dishes from a selection, the express lunch is also good. I would recommend their chorizo lollipops with pear alioli sauce and trío of Ibéricos — although having been to Spain, I am obsessed with this Spanish cured meat treat! However I haven’t had anything bad from the menu, although I found the aubergine with honey to be an ‘interesting’ try, but too sweet to be a repeat order. The atmosphere inside is also lovely, it feels warm, comfortable(even when I have to sit at the bar, which is frequently, having not made a reservation), and I love the white and blue tiles and beautiful hanging lanterns. The house style mezzanine, provides a homely, established feel. It comes with a good sized price tag, so definitely a treat rather than everyday option — however perfect for a nice laid back leisurely lunch, and equally a ‘impress them’ date. I also like the quality of the red wine, I can’t recall what I’ve drunk before, but I’ve had a bit of a selection from the menu, and have never been disappointed.

We went to Iberica for the 7th or 8th time this weekend. this time with some friends and their kid. Although service was a bit slow,(turns out some of the regular staff were off sick), food was great as always. Safe to say this place never disappoints.

Solid food and wine. I really enjoyed most everything I had, but found the staff could have been a little warmer. Sometimes it was just a little harder than I’d like to get the waitstaff’s attention, which I’d expect to be not the case at a higher end establishment. So I’m knocking one star off perfection for that. I would go back again — The Iberian Ham was amazing.

Really nicely done Spanish food in London. The décor was Andalucian(southern Spain) and the dishes were every bit as good those I’ve had throughout Spain. Another nice touch was all of the waitstaff was Spanish, knowledgeable and friendly.

Definitely overrated. Service is arrogant and the tables are too close together. Drinks were nice and tapas was fine. Won’t be going back

The best thing about this place is their service… The staff are very friendly n full of best suggestions on what’s the best ham they have etc… It’s great to hang out with friends. Go as couples n go with kids too… The food is great. The octopus n scallops were brilliantly cooked… That shows the quality of their chef … Will surely visit this place again n again…

My colleagues and I went to Iberica for our team lunch today. The four of us ordered 10 tapas in total, a bottle of wine, and desserts to share. First, all their tapas were great. I particularly liked a couple, including fried squid(exquisitely tender and good), croquettas(the perfect blend of cheese and ham), the ribeye(slightly salty but still solidly done), and the chicken(perfectly done with flavorful sauce!). Second, if you’re planning to get desserts, I HIGHLY recommend the Spanish rice pudding. It was somewhat like a Spanish version of crème brûlée, but much more enjoyable with its little rice bits. Last but not least, I loved the décor inside. The place is suitable for any occasion, be it corporate dinner, family dinner, catch-up with friends, or a date. Rumor has it that this area is also THE upcoming business center, so I’m sure it’ll become increasingly accessible and popular.

The décor was unique with high ceilings, blue/white tiles, oversized lantern lights… and we were seated in a quiet library spot that was perfect for our party of four. The service was on point, with true Spaniards serving our drinks and food. But the highlight of the evening were the tapas. From the crispy chorizo lollipops with a superb light dip, to the jamon plate of deliciousness, to the delectable tortilla, every bite was savored and enjoyed. Looking forward to returning with more visitors!

Great tapas for meat and seafood lovers. Thrilled to pay 15 pounds for their three dish lunch any day. Particularly memorable were the chickpea purée, the chorizo lollypops, and the black rice with cuttlefish. The taste is a bit on the bold end, but with drinks it’s just about right. Beautiful restaurant, too, with enormous windows that rise from the hardwood floors to the ceiling far above. Would be interested in returning for dinner, but it would require a 10 hour flight from LA!

You know how sometimes there are gimmicky things on a menu that sell because they’re gimmicky but they’re just kind of okay once you try them? Chorizo lollypops are NOTTHAT. They are amazing. I wish I just had a stash of them waiting for me in each room so I could pluck one into my face hole and improve my mood. Anyways, the food was really good. The service was amazing, and if this review were for that alone, I’d give them five stars. Everything was good. Definitely. But not superb to five-star quality, in my opinion. I’d go back in a heartbeat, though, and would recommend it to anyone.

I loved the atmosphere and design of this Spanish tapas restaurant. The food and wine, especially the Tempranillo and Iberica ham and octopus, was delicious. it js a perfect spot for a fun group dinner as you can share everything and try multiple dishes! However the service was quite bad all evening.

Precio aproximado 25 – 30 Libras.

Let’s make this easy – if you want the BEST Spanish food experience, go to Barrafina. I went to Iberica on the recommendation of some Spanish friends and was slightly disappointed. We sat at the bar(but it was like sitting in front of the dish room). The vibe was non-existent on a Saturday eve. The food was okay – we were sold on a new mackerel dish – it was just okay. Fried artichokes were good although drowning in sauce. I wasn’t happy with the way they sliced the jamon. The tortilla was very good though. Octopus was good(but much better at Barrafina). I was sold on a whiskey cake for dessert which was just okay. It is also very pricey. If you have a group, this place is better than Barrafina. But for 2 – queue up at Barrafina and enjoy every minute of their experience.

Tel. 0044(0)2076368650
