Hillfield is the nearest kebab shop to home for me — a 3 minute walk away.
I’m probably being a bit naïve about the fast food industry but when I ordered the southern fried chicken, I didn’t expect them to get a packet out of the freezer, take 2 bits of chicken out and put them into the deep fat fryer. I could have done that myself at home with some frozen chicken from Tesco.
I’ve probably been naïve. Sigh
