I hate having to collect prescriptions from here the steep step makes it very difficult to get a buggy in the door.
The shop is very small and if there are more than 2 people waiting to collect their stuff it feels crowded.
The staff will often finish their private conversations before serving you and the atmosphere is less than welcoming.
On the plus side they do know there stuff and the pharmacist will look up stuff if asked but I can honestly say its not my first choice.
They say they cannot get my sons medication yet boots have no problem.
