Bed promised in 24 hours. Not received for over a week and only after hassling them several times until they finally delivered. They do not return phone calls as promised. Did not respond with any solutions until I sent them an e-​mail threatening suit for fraud. Bed finally delivered box completely broke, bed horribly scratched. Called them cannot get a new bed for over 48 hours. Man claiming to be a supervisor was completely rude. When I asked to speak to the owner he laughed and said ‘you are not gonna speak to the owner’. We are now reporting to our credit card company. Stay away! We lost £150 and only got a broken bed. Don’t lose your money too.
