Milton Keynes Gallery is a free gallery open to public, just by the theatre. They have loads of different exhibitions on and it’s a really nice place to go and look around and experience different art. It’s not a massive gallery, but it is big enough(there are two floors). The staff are really nice and friendly in there and you always go away with lots of information about the art you’ve seen. They also have children’s pack to give away, so it’s a really nice afternoon out for the children to go and experience some art. There is parking outside as well.

A small free gallery that I always make a habit of dropping into when I can. I’ve actually seen art from a number of Turner Prize winners here first. Roger Hiorns’ mesmerising foam sculptures and blue crystal covered engines were incredible. I’ve seen many interesting and unusual exhibitions there and despite the small size of the building they manage to cram a lot in. Oh and it’s often refered to just as MKG. Snappy.
