Argos Stores

I have shopped at this store for years, receiving a wide variety of different items. Although the prices aren’t always cheap I have never had a problem with the standard of service that is received as well as the product which are always good quality. Overall I enjoy shopping in this shop and it is great for picking up Christmas present items.

With self ordering, which is where you get out the catalogue, find the item/​s you would like, check its availability and if available write down your order, and go to the checkout, where you will pay and get a number, and when your items come through your number will be called and you collect it. it can be a quick indoor service but when busy it can take a while. Not much communication required. but they have good prices and a wide range of products.

This is a large store with all the usual argos goodies and offers on you can browse through the catologue at the stands if you can get to one and see fi they have your item in stock, thay have a great sale on at the moment so it is very busy the best thing to do is go to the self serve machine to order so you dont wait in the really long queue to pay you will however wait a really long time to get served while trying not to jump up and down saying its behind you
A store for when you already know what you want and have the time to wait to get it

This store is situated in the new part of Eldon Square and as it is under the main store, it is not too busy like the rest of the shopping centre. The staff are friendly and the queues are not that long, however I think this will change on the run up to Christmas. Argos on general have great prices and offers, you can also reserve online and collect in store to avoid waiting twice.

I love Argos. It is definitely one of my favourite shops. It really offers good quality products at a very affordable price. However, always shop around before you buy things. Argos is not necessarily the cheapest. i love the way Argos queueing the orders. It is really smart and fair I think. Argos also offers massive range of products. They have nearly got everything. They have large network of branch as well, which is convenient. If you go the newcastle city centre, they have got two branches there. If you go to metrocentre shopping centre, they have got one there. The customer service is also nice and helpful.

An exellent store which sells all kinds of goods from electrical to furniture to toys, even garden and fitness equipment. All products are a good quality and reasonably priced. Always well staffed so that you are never in for long and you can get on with your shopping. Has items on display so you can sometimes see what you are purchasing. Clean and friendly.
