I have furnished my house and all (4) my holiday houses dining rooms from this shop + buying three rugs. Had furniture repolished too. I would think I have used them for 20? years — since they were a samller shop in Gosforth anyway — and have always found them keen to help and very nice. Also very good value for money.

Absolutely appalling service and rude manager. When asked to make two tables, the job took 10 weeks and when we were finally contacted to collect the furniture we found that they didn’t even bare a resemblance to what we had ordered. In response to this the Manager offered no apology and was simply rude. I would not recommend this shop!

Good store up small flight of stores. Goods crammed in and also ordering service possible. A* the manager is a friendly guy and has always iven us good advice. They also stripped down a peice of pine furiture for us and delivered it too all for a good price.
