These guys were mint when it came to our hols to Maga!12 girls trying to decide on perfect hotel and who was going in which room some only going for a week its fair to say we we’re in and out of shop a fair few times! Oh and at one point we were goin Zante but that was short lived! Felt like the were really lookin out for us and wanted us to have a gr8 holiday. The staff were all friendly and in the end they came up with a gr8 deal for all 12 of us which turned out to be the maddest and best 2wks of our lives! We r going back in 2013 and will definately book with Hays again.

I used these a couple of times and was unimpressed. The booking staff were very matter of fact and I always had to ring to confirm things that had never been explained in the paperwork when they should of been. I would’nt use these again.

Booked a holiday with them this year that was with XL, which went bust the day before we were due to travel. Customer service i received was terrible. I had to phone them to find out what was happening and they gave me nothing but bad advice.
I called into my local Hays branch and was told that someone should have phoned me first thing on the morning (they didn’t), and that they should have been trying to sort alternative arrangements.
My local branch was very helpful so I wouldn’t completly avoid Hays, just the Newcastle branch.
