These lot are a bunch of absolute cowboys. Waste your time by telling you a finance application is accepted. Had to come back another day to pay the deposit. Get there only to be told the finance is only available over 3 years rather than 5? Surely they must know this before making me believe i am about to pay a deposit for a car? Absolute time wasters. Will be making sure everyone i know is aware not to go here. Waited in an office for an hour in total only to be let down and offered extortionate prices that more than doubled the price of a car which was already overpriced.

I always dread going to look at cars as the sales men always seem to pounce on you. Hensons was no different, but the guy seemed to listen when I told him I wan’t sure what I was looking for and I’d come find him if I needed any help. There was a good range of cars and makes at Hensons. All of the flash smart expensive models were at the front. The more affordable cars were right at the back. We did end up buying a car from Hensons and the service was very good. The finance guy did his best to try to sell us finance, but once I told him who I worked for(a bank) he backed off. had I not worked for a bank he may have tried to push us a bit more. The price on the screen is always negotiable. We managed to knock a fee hundred off and talk them into putting tax on the car. We also got them to do a full service before we picked it up. The after car was spot on. We had a phone call about a year later trying to get us to upgrade but no pressure from them. And we sometimes get the odd leaflet through the post advertising.
