Hustler Leos Function Room

Hustlers is a traditional snooker hall. It is located on a main thoroughfare, but is up a steep flight of stairs and is poorly sign posted, but is still usually busy. Drinks are fairly cheap but watery. The hall is large with plenty of tables, along with a juke box for playing hits and various games machines and quizzes. The hall is quite worn and is a predominately male environment, while women are welcome they seem to choose to play in pubs, although more have gone since the smoking ban made the air more breathable than the previous fog soup.

Hustlers is located right next to hmv with a very small easy to miss entrance on northumberland street. I tend to go here at least once a week. It’s easy to have a smoke as you can go outside, there is a huge array of pool ables so there’s always a table free and games start at 70p so it’s cheap as well. this is also one of the few places that contain the legendary pepsi chart quiz game. this is my favourite quiz machine game ever so i always have to go here. the jukebox also has a huge variation of tunes and even though alot of the songs picked by people are rubbish, it’s easy enoughh just to stick in a quid yourself and listen to a genius band rather than some poor head bashing metal act.
