Cheap prices for all the groceries and day to day basics you need, where, lets be honest brands don’t really matter. Alot of the stuff they have is great quality aswell, but much cheaper than the big supermarkets. The staff are usually always friendly aswell, and as a student, its a great way to save the pennies!

This discount supermarket offers good value grocery stuffs. The customer service is good. The branch network is small though as I believe there are only one in newcastle. So, it is not always convenient for people to come here, right in the west end of newcastle. They do not sell only grocery though. They also sell various DIY, electronic, and household things. All in a good value price. I used to buy rice here as it was the cheapest. However, that is not the case now. The parking is more than enough. It is not big, but because not too many people come to this store, so the parking looks very big.

I love shopping at lidl because always have cheapest price on brand name product they always give discount to like buy one get one free, cheapest vegetable, many cheapest items non grocery, and many many more. I just compare 1 item they have always cheaper than another store, it is garlic cost me just 60p for 3 big garlic on tesco cost me £ 1.20. This place clean and tidy but dark place(maybe cut they price from electric). But beware sometime have recall product maybe because too cheap and then easily broken. They never give you plastic bag so you mush carry bag from your house otherwise you can buy 1 bag for 5p.
