I took my Apple MacBook Pro to Opal Computer Solutions in September for a repair under it’s AppleCare Warranty.
The repair turn around time and service that i received was first class. Having been advised by other Apple repair centres in the area that it could take upto 2 weeks for the repair to be completed, i called Opal Computers and was told that the repair would be completed within 3 days, although possibly quicker depending on part availability.
So i took my MacBook in to Opal on Wednesday morning, and I was very suprised and obviously delighted when i got a call the next day to tell me it was ready to pick up!
