Cannot recommend Pentagon Computer Solutions highly enough. Ray is professional, knowledgeable, approachable and really likes to understand his clients so the right support and solutions can be put in place. Ray is very generous with his time, which often means working late nights and weekends to keep clients downtime to a minimum. IT is not my thing and Ray has been very patient, supportive and explains processes needed to suit in an easy to understand way. Very cost effective, very flexible to suit each client. Pentagon Messaging Solutions are a great service, as is the online backup solutions and cloud based working. So pleased to have been introduced to Pentagon Computer Solutions their support is worth every penny! Thank you Ray so pleased to tell people you guys provide my IT support.

Simply the best exceptional service, very knowledgeable, explains how it will all work in a friendly no nonsense very professional manner.
Solutions always offered to suit the customer, genuine quality service. Out of hours support without out of hours fees. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now and highly recommend. My Emails through their message exchange and the support service is amazing, i never knew emails could achieve so much.
