I love westway vets on the west road, they care for my bunnies and dog. The staff are lovely and easy to talk to about anything. I have had 3 pets pass away and they were very kind and understanding. I cant understand the negative comments ppl put on here, you dont go into tesco and expect to pay some other time ?? The prices are fair & I always feel they do care.

I can only comment on my personal experience. some time ago my bitch needed alot of treatment, they did a wonderful job i payed the money, (cash) id lost by bank card. then sadly that night my bitch ate something from outside (slug pellet), which can be fatal, so i rang up (10.30pm) and was told that unless i had the cash she couldnt be seen. They new id lost my card they new i was good for money. there priority is not with caring for the animals welfareBe warned
