Yorkshire building society has got only one branch in newcastle, which is in Newcastle city centre, northumberland street. So, it is not really convenient to pop in. It has good customer services though. Nice, friendly, and helpful staff. It is not difficult to see one of their customer advisers. I did not need to wait for ages as well to see one of their customer advisers. The financial products are sometimes good, especially its mortgages. Its current account and its saving account are alright. They are not the worst in the market. But, they are not the best in the market either.
