The salesman was very rude and disrespectful in reference to car sales and refused to allow a test drive unless methods and capability of payment were discussed first, followed by physical confrontation and then the statement to myself of «You are a F****ng idiot mate» and made to feel unwelcome. As all car dealerships should welcome all customers in hope of a car sale, clearly not at ashtons. And also the verbal comment «the cars are all clean and we don’t want people who aren’t on the same page in my cars mate.» Which made me feel like I was too scruffy and not rich enough to even sit in one of his overpriced cars.
