Party Time

Party Time is situated in a pretty random spot at the bottom of the Carnmoney Road, but it’s been there for years, so it’s obviously providing a service!
Like any party shop, Party Time stocks costumes, decorations, balloons, candles — basically everything you could need for any type of party.
At Halloween you can’t get near the place. They open late every night from about mid-​September and people are literally queuing out the door to get their costumes.
Honestly, many of the costumes I’ve found in there I’ve found cheaper in Elliots, so it may be worth shopping around. However, you won’t be queuing as long, and they have the costumes sitting out, so you don’t have to wait for a staff member to go fetch it for you.
