Specialties

Maths and English tuition for children aged 4 to 16. We have 3 centres around Norwich — Taverham, Thorpe, and Cringleford. First Class Learning provides supplementary Maths and English, using programmes based on the National Curriculum.

Children attend one of the centres once or twice a week for about half an hour, and then do a little homework on the other days.

Over 200 Norfolk children are enrolled with FCL. Their abilities range form gifted to remedial. Our aim is to assist every child to get closer to his/​her potential.

Business Owner

I have run after-​school maths sessions in Taverham for over twelve years. I hold first and higher degrees. Prior to that, I was a senior manager in a FTSE-​100 company.

I — and all my adult assistants — have CRB clearance. My wife (who also helps in the centre) and I have three children of our own, plus a little granddaughter. I have been a magistrate for nearly thirty years.
